Both groomers were out Sunday p.m.  Pallets , hay , and hemlock were used extensively Sunday to supplement the snow added to the waterholes . Warm temps and water run off have hurt . Until either the temps drop for a period and / or we get some more snow , be prepared for some very wet crossings and or mud . there is  little or no frost in the ground . Every effort is being made to preserve what we have .

IF YOU CARRY IT IN , CARRY IT OUT !

Rode around this morning from Wells Road to SR10, then over towards Sacandaga.  Some trails were nicely goomed, flat, little or no obstacles.  Others with creek crossings were pretty much washed out, lots of rocks and some mud holes.  Overall, the trails were much better than I expected with the warm weather.  Definitely need cold and some more snow.  Watch out for icey patches in many places.  My sled started to overheat some, not enough snow for cooling in some places, so be careful.
